1. The legal basis of Largan Health AI-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “LHAI”) for processing your personal data may be Personal Data Protection Act in Taiwan (“PDPA”), General Data Protection Regulation in EU (“GDPR”) or other applicable personal data protection laws.
2. LHAI may, within the proper, reasonable and necessary scope, collect, process and use your personal data, including the name, height, weight, birthday, gender, daily routine, ECG and other physiological signals generated from the monitoring this time and thereafter. LHAI may use your personal data by automated or non-automated means in where LHAI locate for the purposes of test and report service, statistic or research, pharmaceutical administration or database management. Besides LHAI, the related competent authority also may use your personal data. When the above purposes are achieved, LHAI will cease using your personal data unless otherwise required by laws. In the situation not related to the above purposes, your personal data shall be de-identified.
3. Pursuant to Article 3 of PDPA, you may exercise the right to request a copy of your personal data, the right to supplement or correct your personal data, the right to demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use of your personal data and the right to erase your personal data. According to GDPR, you may exercise the right of access, right to rectification and erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object to processing, right to data portability, right to withdraw consent, right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority. When exercising the abovementioned rights vested by PDPA or GDPR, you may call 02-27008528 to contact LHAI. You are free to choose whether to provide personal data. However, if you refuse to provide the data, you are unable to receive the sleep monitoring service.
